Issues affecting stuck Exports have been resolved. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
» UpdatedOur Engineering team has made an update to a subset of exports that had failed but not had their processing status updated in-app, causing them to reflect as pending. Affected exports have been moved to a Failed status. Please create a new export to proceed.
We believe the root cause of the issue to be identified and fixed, but we're still monitoring the situation and will officially update when ready.
» UpdatedEngineers are continuing to work to resolve an issue with a subset of exports failing and appearing stuck processing in-app. Please note that stuck jobs will soon reflect as cancelled, at which point you will need to create a new export.
As a workaround, segmenting an audience by email subscription status (subscribed, non-subscribed, unsubscribed, cleaned) and exporting from segmented views has shown success.
