We're seeing improvements with Segmentation and sending of new Campaigns. Any Campaigns stuck in a processing status due to a queue backlog will be retried automatically.

Our engineering team is working on a fix right now. Once this is resolved, your campaign/s should finish sending automatically so please avoid replicating to prevent duplicate sends.
Additionally, any new campaigns you start now are not affected by this and will send normally. Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted out!
