» UpdatedAt around 10 AM EST today, we began receiving reports of campaigns getting stuck in "Sending" status.
Our engineering team is working on a fix right now. Once this is resolved, your campaign/s should finish sending automatically so please avoid replicating to prevent duplicate sends.
Additionally, any new campaigns you start now are not affected by this and will send normally. Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted out!
