Engineers have identified the cause of delayed deliveries and are currently working through a small backlog of affected messages. We'll continue to update here until all messages are processed and the backlog is clear.

We are currently aware of and investigating an issue affecting a subset of customers with delayed deliveries while sending through Mandrill. Our Engineering team is working on a resolution and we will provide further updates as they become available.
